Can I use a font in a mobile app’s user interface?

No; this is NOT permitted with a Server License. You need App/Game License.

Server License gives you permission to upload Aluyeah font files to a website/app/web-app, you can embed it but it cannot be extracted by your website/app/web-app users. Server License focuses on Design-On Demand and Print-On Demand website/app/web-app. One Server License includes 1 (one) Desktop License and 1 (one) Webfont License.

Server License does not focus on the use of fonts used in App/Game/Web-app development. We recommend App/Game License for cases like this.

Can I use a font in an app in which the end users use the font to design their own content?

Yes, this is permitted in Server Licenses. 

How many user can use my Server License font?

Under Server License, every font purchased is actually licensed to a Website/App/Web-app title. You’ll always be required to define the total number of Website/App/Web app title will be using the font.

Can I use the WOFF or WOFF2 font included in my Server License font to use it on a Website?

Yes, this is permitted in Server License. As long as it does not go beyond the Webfont License limits that are included with the Server License.

Can I embed the Server License font in a website, too?

Yes, this is permitted in Server License. As long as it does not go beyond the Webfont License limits that are included with the Server License.

Can I use the TTF or OTF font included in my Server License font to design on a desktop?

Yes; Under the Server License, this is permitted. As long as it does not go beyond the Desktop License limits that are included with the Server License.

Can I use a recently purchased font in an App I’m creating for mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows)?

No; Under the Server License, this is NOT permitted. Server License gives you permission to upload Aluyeah font files to a website/app/web-app, you can embed it but it cannot be extracted by your website/app/web-app users. Can I use a licensed font for all of my internal company presentations?

Can I use a Server License font to design my Website/App/Game ads, product package of my Website/App/Game, and print it?
