Can I use a font in a mobile app’s user interface?

Yes; under the Server License, you may use a font as part of an app or game’s user interface. In Addition, you may allow the font to be used by the End User to create or customize an End Product.

In how many apps may I use the font under the same Server License?

Under the Server License, you may create 1 title. A “title” is one (1) standalone website/app/web app and excludes all other versions aside from a replacement version that contains only bug fixes. A sequel, prequel, or other new version of the app would be considered a different title and would require you to purchase another license.

Can I make the same app compatible on different platforms (e.g. iOS, MacOS, Windows, Android, etc) under the same App License?

Yes; this would be considered the same title, and you could use the same Server License for all versions of the app.

Can I use a font in an app in which the end users use the font to design their own content?

Yes, this is permitted in Server Licenses. 

How many user can use my Server License font?

Under Server License, every font purchased is actually licensed to a Website/App/Web app title. You’ll always be required to define the total number of Website/App/Web app title will be using the font.

Outside the Website/App/Web app, if you also need to install the font to complete design work, purchase both Desktop and Server License.

Can I use the WOFF or WOFF2 font included in my Server License font to use it on a Website?

Yes, this is permitted in Server License

Can I embed the Server-licensed font in a website, too?

Yes, this is permitted in Server License

Can I use the TTF or OTF font included in my Server License font to design on a desktop?

No. The Server License prohibits all other non Website/App/Web app use, such as desktop, E-pub, end product for sale use. The Server License allows you to embedding the font on a Website/App/Web app.

If you also need to install the font to complete design work, purchase both Desktop and Server License.

Can I use a recently purchased font in an App I’m creating for mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows)?

Yes; Under the Server License, this is permitted.

Can I use a recently purchased font in a Flash/Web/Facebook/Desktop application I’m creating?

Yes; Under the Server License, this is permitted.

Can I use a recently purchased font in a video/program/commercial/movie for broadcast?

No; Under the Server License, this is not permitted.

Can I print a recently purchased font on a product or on product packaging for over 250k items?

No; Under the Server License, this is not permitted.

Can I use a Server License font to design paid ads?

No; Under the Server License, this is not permitted.

Can I use a Server License font to design static image for my Website/App/Web app promotion and place it on my Website/App/Web app?

No; under Server License, this is not permitted. If you also need to install the font to complete design work, purchase both a Desktop and Server License.

Can I use a font in a design-on-demand app that my customers use to make their own printable cards, invitations, etc?

Yes; under the Server License, this is permitted.

Can I use a licensed font for all of my internal company presentations?

No, under Server License this is not permitted. If you also need to install the font to complete design work, purchase both a Desktop and Server License.

Can I use a Server License font to design my Website/App/Game ads, product package of my Website/App/Game, and print it?
