Under the Corporate License, this is permitted. You can use it with unlimited views / month and an unlimited number of Websites that your company / household owns or control.

Can I use a recently purchased font in a video/program/commercial/movie for broadcast?

Yes; under Corporate License, this is permitted with unlimited views/month.

Can I print a recently purchased font on a product or on product packaging for over 250k items?

Yes; under the Corporate License, this is permitted with unlimited number of copies product / product package.

Can I use a Corporate License font to design paid ads?

Yes; The Licensee can apply the font in unlimited physical and digital advertisements for local, national, and global markets.

Client Work

I am an advertising agency that works on advertising projects for many companies for advertising on various platforms including on national television. Can I use a Corporate License for my clients’ various advertising projects?

No, that is not permitted. Corporate licenses are limited to the licensee’s business. If you are an advertising agency then the Corporate License only applies to your business, such as if you want to make advertisements about your advertising agency. If you have a client who requires a Corporate License for their advertising projects, then your client should have a Corporate License, not the advertising agency.
